• Newsletter Subscribers: Your email address when you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter.
• Tool & Project Submissions: Creator email address, name of tool, website URL, and description provided during tool submission.
• Technical Telemetry: Standard non-identifying server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URLs) used solely for rate limiting, DDoS defense, and abuse prevention.

2. Purpose of Collection

We process your information exclusively for:

• Delivering weekly curated updates regarding newly listed AI tools, prompt templates, and industry breakthroughs.
• Communicating with creators regarding the status of their tool or project submission.
• Protecting the integrity and availability of the directory against automated spam, scraping abuse, and cost amplification attacks.

We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal email address or data with any third-party advertisers or brokers.

3. Data Retention & Erasure Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request access, correction, or immediate erasure of your personal data at any time.

You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link in any email, or email our Data Grievance Officer at privacy@aipulse.in to have your email permanently purged from all database records within 48 hours.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage solely for functional preferences, such as recording your liked prompt identifiers locally so your favorite prompts stay marked without requiring you to create an account. We do not use invasive cross-site tracking cookies.
